I'm surprise that there's still people visiting this site. haha

I've graduated from Temasek Poly already and 3 years just flew by so fast and i seriously miss those food in school. Shall find one day head back to school, play some street soccer, enjoy a bowl of curry chicken and a plate of chicken chop with fish & chips.

So xiao pang is back from Australia and my life is back to usual. She bought plenty of gifts and chocolates for me. Thanks ah lol. We went to the newly opened Tampines 1 shopping centre which is disappointing, full of xiao di di and xiao mei mei. Uniqlo certainly doesn't deserve it's hype and the shops there are so common and not really fantastic. Perhaps i'm not in the right mood that day, haha but the food at the basement there does look very tempting and refreshing. haha

Anyway i treated xiao pang to Japanese Cuisine. LOL.

Not the typical jap food with the raw sashimi or what so ever, so it's still edible for me. Not too bad actually. But no doubt i'm still a very much chinese/western food person. haha

I spent sunday watching the Star Awards 2009 and the show was really captivating. Magic show along with the award ceremony, double entertainment : ) Was a little disappointed that Jeanette Aw did'nt win the best actress but got to admit that Joanne Peh deserve it more. The award giving for the Best variety host was the funniest as the prize giver mention "Lee Teng" and he thought he won but who knows, call him only to tell him he still got chance to win it next time. LOL! i was laughing like shit at that part. hahahaha.

Shall stay awake and catch Barcelona game later on. Hope the beautiful football wins.

Align CenterIt's beautiful, isn't it? lol

Went out with xiao pang yesterday which is thursday to town area, intending to catch the movie "knowing". But the timing of the movie was weird with timing at just 3 slots- 2 in the morning, 1 at night. Such popular hit movie with just 3 slots, it was then i realise most of the timing available for the movie was under the movie name "Knowing" Digital. Lol. It was supposed to have much clearer pixels, can't tell the difference though. haha

Story of the movie was unique and action packed, no sleepy moments at all and what's more, the couple beside me was hugging and touching all over which ensure i was wide awake throughout the movie and had to catch 2 "shows" at 1 time, so tough to concentrate. LOL.

The ending was kind of "depressing" and it somehow affected my entire impression for that movie. The story itself was great just that i don't like the ending. Do watch it if u feel u have no life and want to give ur heart a really good pumping exercise cause it's such a thriller and filled with suspense. hahahaha.

Before the movie, we settled our lunch at Hk Cafe after a long discussion. lol

Visiting Hk cafe just make me miss HK more : (
I haven try HK's egg tarts and milk tea : (

So after lunch and movie, it was dinner time and we head to Timbre and climbing that long stairs is really tiring and left xiao pang panting and sweating. The atmosphere there was really good and cozy and luckily there's seats if not i think i will get killed if we were to get down the flights of stairs without eating anything. lol.

The spicy cajun pizza was nice
But totally no fight for this mini burger which is seriously tasty and delicious.

I cant believe the serving was that huge and i struggled to finish it. lol in the end need to take away. haha and they gave us such a cool takeaway "container".

Lastly, the group photo taken during jianhai bdae chalet. Thanks to kind soul.

First post of April.

Some overdue photos when we visited CookBook at Heeren for lunch.

I tried their Curry Chicken which was a pathetic serving and loses out when compared to the other dishes : (

We also went Mcdonald for supper on one of the outing. lol so sinful, so fattening ~~~~ hahahha. Seriously i think the milo that i cooked at home is so much better and sweeter than the one over at Mac.

Then we also watch Shinjuku the movie which Jackie Chan acted in and directed. I saw the preview long time ago and waited so long for it to be release. The movie really didn't disappoint and live up to it's hype.

I would give a rating of 4.5/5. Do catch it, it's a thriller and especially the last part, it reached it's climax to the max with hundreds of mafias throwing stones and swarming the house to take down the gang and Jackie Chan finally have a different ending to his movie. hahaha

Shinjuku

We bought snacks in : )

I want to catch "Knowing". The thriller and storyline is damn nice.

"In 1959, as part of the dedication ceremony for a new elementary school, a group of students is asked to draw pictures of what they think the future will look like. Their drawings will be sealed into a time capsule and stored for 50 years. But one mysterious girl fills her paper with rows of apparently random numbers, which she says are being whispered to her by unseen people.

A half-century later, a new generation of students examines the capsules contents and the girls cryptic message ends up in the hands of young Caleb Koestler (Chandler Canterbury), but its Calebs father, astrophysics professor John Koestler (Nicolas Cage), who makes a startling discovery: the encoded message predicts the dates and death tolls of every major disaster of the past 50 years with pinpoint accuracy. As he further unravels the documents secrets, John discovers that it foretells three additional catastrophesthe last of which hints at destruction on a global scale.

Johns efforts to alert the authorities about the impending catastrophes fall on deaf ears and his fears intensify with the realization that Caleb is somehow connected to the mystery. Enlisting the help of Diana Wayland (Rose Byrne) and Abby Wayland (Lara Robinson), the daughter and granddaughter of the prophetic messages author, he embarks on a heart-pounding race against time to prevent the ultimate disaster."
